MotionUI is delivered digitally. The free plan lets you test it with your own projects before you pay. Contact us if you are unsure whether it fits your setup.
Billing and cancellation
MotionUI Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Lemon Squeezy and renews until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable unless mandatory consumer law requires it. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms apply as well, and nothing here limits remedies for a defective product.
If you cannot access or use the product because of a technical issue, contact info@hiver.agency with your purchase email or order reference, After Effects version, operating system and a description of the issue. We will review the problem and help restore access or determine an appropriate resolution.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time through Lemon Squeezy, with the link in your purchase email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you think you were charged by mistake, for example after cancelling in time, email info@hiver.agency from the address used at checkout and include your order reference. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
