This policy covers the MotionUI website, purchases and related customer enquiries. Lemon Squeezy provides checkout under its own privacy terms.
Framer provides aggregate website statistics without analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. We also use PostHog, operated by PostHog Inc. with data stored in the EU, to understand how visitors find and use the website. Until you allow Analytics in Cookie settings, PostHog counts page views and clicks without storing anything on your device and without recording your visit. If you allow Analytics, PostHog stores an identifier in a cookie and in local storage to recognize your browser on later visits, and records your visit as a session replay with form inputs hidden. Replays are deleted after 30 days. PostHog derives an approximate country from your IP address and does not store the address itself. We have not added advertising pixels or Google Analytics to this site.
Where an optional external player asks for permission, it stays blocked until you allow it. Open Cookie settings to change that preference. Your choice applies to this browser and this website. 4. Product images and videos
MotionUI product videos are delivered as media files from our download domain or Framer hosting. Loading these files sends technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, to the hosting provider.
Product images and videos are part of the website content. The optional media preference applies to players that ask for permission before loading; it does not block every image or video on this site.
5. Purchases through Lemon Squeezy
When you choose a Pro plan on this website, Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payments, applicable taxes and billing as merchant of record. It processes purchase and payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. Its checkout cookies and settings are separate from this website.
If you email us, we process the contact details, message, order reference and any attachments you choose to send so we can answer you and resolve your request. Please only include information needed for your enquiry. If you ask for the download link by email on this website, we use your first name and email address to send you the link. Loops, an email service based in the United States, stores these details and sends the email for us.
We process information under applicable Swiss data protection law. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance or steps requested before a contract for purchases, related support and download links you request, legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website and responding to enquiries, legal obligations for required records, and consent for optional external media and for analytics with cookies and session replays.
HIVER is based in Switzerland. Framer is based in the Netherlands, and Framer and Lemon Squeezy use international infrastructure and service providers, including in the United States. PostHog stores website analytics in the EU and is operated by PostHog Inc. in the United States. Loops is based in the United States. Information may therefore be processed outside your country.
